A pity you couldn't attend the opening at Hazelhurst on Friday. There was a delightful talk by the former Curator at the NSW Art Gallery and several interesting people from the Art world were there. Plate's surrealist collage work was inspirational. He spent many years living at Woronora, a place of some importance in my own family. The digital portraiture was innovative and sometimes confronting. Try to catch the exhibition if you can. It's very much worth the effort.
